Showcase of Projects
Below are a few representations of my work in the form of applied projects, approach documents, internship, & research

Psychometrics
Designed a reasoning ability test that includes 3 criteria (deductive, inductive, and information ordering) for law enforcement officers. This project included the whole process from generating items, reaching out to SMEs, pilot testing, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and making revisions according to the results, to finally creating a test manual for the client

Minnesota Consulting Challenge
A consulting challenge associated with MDA leadership where each student was assigned to a random team and had to collaborate together to generate an RFP in 2 days. This leadership proposal and presentation addressed issues in a hypothetical company and provided solutions in four segments - promotion, candidate screening, employee onboarding, and quality of hire analysis. It also provided scope for intervention, timeline, and budget plans.

Instructional Designer
As a part of my Instructional Designer Internship at the Center of Distributed Learning, UCF, I worked on multiple projects both independently and some with cross-functional teams. I facilitated a 5-week professional development training course, conducted quality course reviews and online faculty consultations, designed training materials, storyboards, & videos for various LMS tools, & redesigned courses.

Attached here is the sample of the redesign of the ID Internship Course on Canvas (LMS). The report includes the details on the changes made after running a needs analysis.

Training Documentation
I have created 7+ training materials in the form of storyboards, gamification, interactive pdf files, course design, & videos. One such example is the creation of a transition guide as a BrownBag Coordinator (leadership role), a subgroup of SPIOP student organization at UCF. The objective of this transition guide was to help the new coordinator by briefing them about the responsibilities, activities, performance expectations, & essential resources.

Assessment Center
Constructed an assessment center with role play and in-basket exercises to help improve graduate students'Â leadership and soft skills related to Safety Management Consultant. We created criteria matrix and designed simulation exercises for both in-basket and role play. We also designed and provided all the materials for the participants, assessors, role players, and administrators, and created a final report.

Job Analysis
Shadowed the HR coordinator at Holiday Inn to conduct an assessment analysis and task inventory. Interviewed the coordinator and the supervisor to get an overview of the performance expectations. Created a job description along with KSAOs. Additionally, designed a competency model and performance appraisal for an HR coordinator

Selection System
Developed a selection system for the Instructional Designer role at the Institute for Simulation and Training (IST). This project started with conducting a job analysis to gain more insights about the position. We then identified and designed the selection devices based on job analysis, and developed a scoring system along with providing recommendations, budget, and ROI. Lastly, we created a report.

Consulting Projects
M.S. coursework included 2 semester-long consulting projects where we were given a hypothetical scenario of our client company with specific organizational challenges. We had to suggest a change management strategy to address the specific issues, & reshape the organization. Lastly, we had to present our proposal to the client in the form of a PowerPoint Presentation and prepare a white paper. Consulting project 1 was focused on enhancing the employee engagement at Disney.
The white paper attached here is the sample of the consulting project 2 that was focused on rebranding & restructuring of Sears in order to maximize innovation & adaptability, improve brand awareness, & foster on-going commitment.

Approach Documents
As a student consultant at Performance Solutions Research Firm, one of the responsibilities was to design deliverables for our clients. We generated approach documents on multiple topics based on evidence-based HR best practices. Worked with a team of 4 to first review the literature on these topics, brainstorm the best-practices, and then design the content and the layout using Canva and Photoshop.
